Data protection at crazysit is not a single checkbox — it runs across storage, transmission, cookies, account access, and the process for requesting changes.

Encrypted Storage

All personal and payment data — including your UPI handle and Paytm number — is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Decryption keys are held separately from the data stores and rotated on a scheduled cycle.

Cookie Use

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which pages load slowly. You can review and withdraw cookie consent at any time via the cookie banner at the foot of every page on crazysit.net.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available for every account. We send a one-time code to your registered phone number — the same PhonePe or Paytm-linked mobile — before allowing password resets or withdrawal address changes.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account records are kept while your account is open. Transaction logs are held for the duration required by the applicable jurisdiction. Closed accounts have non-transactional data deleted within 90 days of closure.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data only with payment processors (UPI rails, Paytm gateway, PhonePe network) and identity-verification partners. Each partner signs a data-processing agreement that limits them to the specific task for which data is shared.

Requesting Changes

Submit a data amendment request through live chat, email, or the in-account help desk. We verify your identity using your registered details, then complete corrections within 14 calendar days and notify you by email when done.
